Wedding Videography

Capturing all the moments from your biggest day. Morning ‘til Night!

I capture moments in ways I know best. But if you have suggestions for me. I’m all ears.
Some questions I might ask:
What are the most important moments during the wedding for you?
When would you like to have the camera roll a little longer than usual?
Are there items in the wedding and/or moments that have extra meaning to you?
Are there moments that might not be typical on your wedding day, that I should be ready for?
I am happy to discuss more over the phone, in person or over zoom.
I plan the videography shots and how the day might go. I get more familiar with the location(s) and travel requirements for each one. A few days before the wedding day I would prepare all the gear needed. The lenses, cameras, tripod, lights and audio recorders. If there is a second videographer. We would go over the plan together.
I focus on the moments that tell your story and the details of the big day. I’m there to capture the full range of emotions while taking into account everything we talked about previously. I take lead when needed and also stand back and let the wedding day unfold.
I take pride in delivering the final products as soon as possible. The final video edit would be delivered within a month of the wedding. The smaller videos chosen in the packages would be delivered within 3 weeks. You would have some footage from the wedding day available on your online gallery within a few days after the wedding.

MY WEDDING VIDEOGRAPHY PROCESS

I usually have a video whatsapp call, zoom call or meet up in person with the couple. To get the details ironed out and to get a feel for one another. This is a no obligation call or meet up where you can see if I'm the right choice for you and where I can get a feel for the personalities of the bride and groom. This would also help me see how you would like the videos to be recorded and your expectations of me.
If after our online chat or meet up, you would like to go with me as your videographer, we would both sign an agrement and I would need a $500 deposit to save the date in my calendar.
Before the wedding, you would send me the itinerary and there is usually some messaging between us regarding details of the wedding, getting to know key family members and individuals and sometimes even recording ideas are discussed.
During the wedding, there will be times where I just step back and capture moments from the best angles and other times where I'm happy to lead and direct the visuals. Two examples of moments where I lead are usually during the getting ready photo/video portion and the sunset photo/video portion.
You would receive the small edited videos and speeches from me within a week after the wedding. The main edited video would be completed within a month of the wedding. The turnaround time is something I take pride in, because I know the newlyweds, friends and family are usually excited to see these videos.
All the wedding video edits would be available for viewing on an online gallery. You would be able to see each video as it gets edited and added to the gallery. You would receive the link from me a day or two after the wedding. For the main video, after I finish the edit and send it to you, you would send me back a list of changes you would like to see. Sometimes there are no changes asked but if there are any, they are usually sent to me in a short list.
Once everything is completed, I would either drop off or mail a USB with all the edited videos, which would include a download link for all the raw videos and audio files and also include a small gift from me.

-Short Story Film. 4K Video of the Wedding summarized in an action packed, entertaining 3 minutes (time frame is approximately 1 song). Great for Social Media Posts.
-Special Edited 1 Minute Video of the Bride and Groom Only. Great for Bride and Groom to have. Also nice for social media.
-Wedding Dance Edit. Great to show your hard work you’ve put into learning the choreo.
-Videos of all Speeches.
-You get all the Raw Files.
All this delivered to you within three weeks after the wedding on a USB with a special gift from me.
Included in Standard Story Option
-Up to 12 Hour Video Coverage (extra hours $85/hr)
-Cinematic Story Film. A 6-8 minute, 4K resolution video with more focus on the main parts of the wedding than the short video (approximately 2 songs length). Great For Family and Friends to view.
-Special Edited 1 Minute Video of the Bride and Groom Only. Great for Bride and Groom to have. Also nice for social media.
-Wedding Dance Edit. Great to show your hard work you’ve put into learning the choreo.
-Videos of all speeches.
-You get all the Raw Files.
All this delivered to you within three weeks after the wedding on a USB with a special gift from me.

-A 13-15 minute, 4K resolution video. Parts from speeches included in the video. Great For Family and Friends to view.
-Short 3 Minute Action Packed Video of the Wedding. Great for Social Media Posts.
-Special Edited 1 Minute Video of the Bride and Groom Only. Great for Bride and Groom to have. Also nice for social media.
-Wedding Dance Edit. Great to show your hard work you’ve put into learning the choreo.
-Videos of all Speeches.
